Welcome

Support that starts with understanding.

You may be carrying experiences that feel difficult to explain, or finding that familiar ways of coping no longer work. Therapy can give you room to make sense of what you’re feeling and find a way forward.

At Serenity Counseling Center, we work together to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and choose approaches that fit your needs. I offer a supportive, respectful space informed by your experiences and cultural background.

My approach

Practical tools, at your pace.

I’m a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20 years of mental health experience and certification as a National Certified Trauma Therapist. My work draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-focused approaches, including Trauma-Focused CBT when appropriate.

I offer therapy in English and Spanish through a multicultural lens. Our work will be collaborative and shaped around what matters to you.

“A welcoming space to explore what’s happening, develop useful skills, and build on the strengths you already have.”
